How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order.
How long does it take for my order to be confirmed?
Once the order is submitted, you will receive an automatic order confirmation, but payment for this order may not yet be completed:
- If the payment method of the order is Real-time Online Payment, order and payment is automatically confirmed and we will arrange shipment as soon as possible.
- If the payment method of the order is Bill Later, we will contact you as soon as possible to obtain payment and arrange shipment after manually confirming the payment of the order.(usually takes 1-3 days to complete)

What payment methods do you accept?
We usually provide 2 types of payment methods:
- Real-time Online Payment
- Bill Later (Pay Later / Manual Payment)
Due to the daily adjustments of our website and your delivery area, you may only be able to choose one of the payment methods when placing an order. The currently available payment methods will be displayed on your “SUBMIT PAYMENT” page.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order and payment are automatically or manually confirmed, we will contact the courier for delivery as soon as possible. The courier information may be updated on our website later.
Once an order is received by a courier, it will be difficult to cancel due to the inability to intercept the courier and the cost of canceling the shipment. So please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.
Shipping and Tracking
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You can find estimated delivery times during checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order online.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping services to many destinations.
The supported destinations are available for selection on the “SHOPPING CART” page.
You can click “ESTIMATE SHIPPING” to estimate the shipping cost, which will be reflected in the overall cost “GRAND TOTAL”.
If you find any of the following:
- can’t find the destination you need in the “ESTIMATE SHIPPING” list on the shopping cart page
- the shipping cost estimate is 0
Please contact us and we will most likely add your desired destination and shipping rate.
When you go to the “CHECKOUT DETAILS” page and click “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING”, we may provide shipping methods with different delivery times and costs. You can choose according to your needs.
Do I need to pay international import taxes and fees?
International taxes might be applied depending on your country’s taxes policy.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods, the customs value is made up of:
- the price paid for the goods
- the insurance cost
- the shipping cost
The percentage or tax rate varies depending on the type of goods.

e.g.
HTS Code for our product is: 3005.10.1000 (Adhesive Dressings Coated Or Impregnated With Pharmaceutical Substances)
Importing a product classified with HS Code 3005.10.1000 to US from China with a value of 500 USD results in the following:
Duty: 0 USD (Rate of 0 %)
VAT: 0 USD (Rate of 0 %)
Total: 0 USD
In addition, during the import customs clearance process in your country, if there is an inspection, you may be required to provide relevant information, such as a doctor’s diagnosis report, to prove that it is in compliance with reasonable personal use (recommended usage ≤ 1 month), and you need to pay any taxes and fees that may be incurred.
My order never arrived, what do I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
In the event of a delayed or lost package, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food or pharmaceutical products, once sold, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product batch is defective.
